Release of the Fifth Issue of Volume Two of the Ninevah Journal of Legal Studies

In a new academic achievement added to the scholarly journey of the College of Law, the Ninevah Journal of Legal Studies, issued by the College of Law – University of Ninevah, has announced the publication of the fifth issue of Volume Two in December 2025, reaffirming its ongoing commitment to supporting rigorous scientific research and promoting specialized legal studies.

This issue includes ten peer-reviewed research papers across various legal fields, prepared by a distinguished group of researchers and academics from inside and outside Iraq. This diversity reflects the journal’s academic openness and enhances its standing among specialized legal journals at both the national and international levels.

The issue also features a scholarly commentary on a decision issued by the Federal Court of Cassation, highlighting the importance of such studies in linking theoretical analysis with judicial application. In addition, it includes a review of an English-language legal book in the field of comparative law, as well as a review of a doctoral dissertation defended at the University of Paris, enabling researchers to engage with reputable international academic experiences.

This publication comes as part of the journal’s efforts to provide an accredited academic platform for publishing distinguished scholarly output and to encourage researchers to contribute to the development of legal thought and the consolidation of a research culture in accordance with recognized academic standards.
