In line with the directives of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Jaafar Mohammed Ramadan, the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Ninevah held today, Sunday, 16 November 2025, a training course as part of the Leadership Qualification Program for Human Resources.
The sessions of the first day of the course focused on the topic of organizational structures and included the following key points:
1. Introducing the concept of organizational structures and their types.
2. Discussing mechanisms for building organizational structures in educational institutions.
3. Analyzing modern organizational models and linking them to the work of universities and centers.
4. Clarifying the role of organizational structures in improving work efficiency and enhancing institutional performance quality.
This training course will continue according to the approved schedule, contributing to strengthening leadership capacities among participants and supporting institutional performance development at the University of Ninevah.
