The Technical Training Division at the Center for Electronic Computing organized a workshop titled “The Role of Information Technology in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals” on Monday, July 8, 2024, in the Rehabilitation and Employment Hall.
The workshop, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Mona Salem Hussein from the College of Information Technology, included several topics. It discussed the concept of sustainable development, its origins, its importance, and the role of information technology in achieving the various goals of sustainable development. This workshop coincided with Iraq achieving the first place in the Arab world and the seventh globally according to the Times ranking. The workshop included many interventions and discussions, wishing our university professors continuous productivity and progress.
