The College of Nursing held its first student forum for graduation projects on Sunday, May 25, 2025, for the academic year 2024–2025. The forum was inaugurated with speeches by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education, the President of the University of Ninevah, and the Dean of the College of Nursing, congratulating the students on reaching this final academic milestone in fulfilling their graduation requirements. They emphasized the importance of acquiring skills and practicing patience in carrying out their noble humanitarian profession.
During the forum, outstanding scientific research projects by students were presented. The discussion panel was chaired by Prof. Dr. Salwa Hazem Al-Mukhtar, with the membership of Asst. Prof. Rami Ramadan Allo and Asst Prof.Hanadi Jabbar Mahmoud. A number of health-related issues were discussed, enriched by valuable interventions from the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education and the University President, which contributed to the evaluation and enhancement of the presented research.
The forum concluded with the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education presenting gifts to the top three students from both the morning and evening studies, while the University President also offered valuable gifts. On the sidelines of the event, an exhibition of artistic and handmade works was opened. Best wishes were extended to the graduates, hoping for their continued dedication in serving the healthcare institutions of our beloved country.
