Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and as part of the activities of the Continuing Education Center,
the Center organized a lecture on wednesday, June 18, 2025, entitled:
“The Art of Crisis Management and work Pressure”,
delivered by Dr. Uday Shihab Al-Abbadi, with the participation of a group of the university’s staff.
The lecture addressed the definition of a crisis (Crisis) and methods of crisis and work pressure management, along with strategies to overcome them using a series of proactive, well-planned scientific steps. It also discussed how to respond and deal with crises during their occurrence.
The lecture aimed to enhance the skills of the university staff by introducing them to effective ways of overcoming crises and finding suitable solutions, in addition to presenting methods to reduce obstacles and work pressure, in order to create a supportive and efficient work environment that contributes to improving overall job performance at the university.
