The Department of Computer and Informatics Engineering at the College of Electronics Engineering Organizes a Field Visit to Dar Al-Zuhour Orphanage

As part of the university and its colleges’ role in serving the community, and within the framework of humanitarian and volunteer efforts,

a group of staff members from the Department of Computer and Informatics Engineering at the College of Electronics Engineering organized a field visit to Dar Al-Zuhour Orphanage on Monday, June 2, 2025, coinciding with the upcoming celebration of Eid al-Adha.

The visit included the distribution of symbolic gifts to the children, sharing joyful moments with them, and bringing smiles to their faces. This initiative is part of a series of activities carried out by the Women’s Affairs and Educational Guidance Units, in collaboration with the Community Service Committee in the department. It aims to foster a spirit of social responsibility and highlight the role of academic institutions in community service.

At the end of the visit, the participants expressed their gratitude for the warm reception and reaffirmed their commitment to supporting such humanitarian initiatives in service of our beloved community.
