The Electronic Computer Center at the University of Ninevah / Technical Training Division organized a workshop entitled “Digital Transformation in Education,” as part of its ongoing efforts to support digital transformation and develop the technical skills of university staff.
The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of digital content and its importance in enhancing the quality of modern education. It also reviewed mechanisms for evaluating digital content using rubric-based criteria through the Google Classroom platform, in addition to highlighting key tools for producing digital content and methods of integrating interactive videos into educational platforms.
Furthermore, the workshop addressed methods for improving the quality of educational content through the application of the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle for continuous improvement, alongside the use of SWOT analysis to assess the current educational environment and identify opportunities for development.
The workshop was delivered by Lecturer Ahmed Azmi Mustafa from the Website Division at the Electronic Computer Center, with the attendance of several university staff members. The session witnessed positive engagement and fruitful academic discussions, reflecting the importance of the topic and its relevance to the requirements of contemporary education.
This workshop is part of a series of activities organized by the center aimed at supporting the digital learning environment and promoting the use of modern technologies in the educational process.
