The Technical Training Division at the Electronic Computing Center of t University of Ninevah conducted a scientific workshop on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, entitled
“The National Unified English Language Test: Challenges and Opportunities,” held at the Prof. Dr. Khalil Sayed Marai Hall.
The workshop was delivered by Prof. Dr. Kawakib Salem Mohammed, a faculty member at the University of Al-Hamdaniya and a former member of the ministerial committee for the National English Language Test. She addressed key topics related to the mechanisms of the national test, the main challenges faced by applicants, and the opportunities it offers in supporting the academic process and enhancing the competencies of students and researchers.
The workshop was attended by a number of university faculty members, staff, and those interested in academic affairs. It featured interactive discussions and questions that enriched the workshop themes and contributed to a deeper understanding of the requirements of the National Unified Test.
This workshop comes as part of the Electronic Computing Center’s program aimed at developing scientific and academic skills and enhancing the readiness of university members to successfully pass the accredited national examinations.
