Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Manar Younis Keshmola, the Software Department organized a scientific field trip on Monday, 1/12/2025, to Tishk International University (TIU) in Erbil.
The visit came as part of the department’s plans to enhance academic cooperation and broaden students’ scientific horizons. The program included:
- A presentation by Dr. Safwan about TIU and its academic programs.
- A lecture delivered by Dr. Zaid Al-Aaraji on behalf of the University of Ninevah.
- A lunch break for the academic delegation and students.
- A field tour of TIU’s facilities to explore its campus environment and research halls.
- Concluding remarks in Hall 301 of the main building.
This visit reflects the College of Information Technology’s commitment to providing practical educational experiences that help develop students’ skills and offer them a broader perspective on advanced academic institutions.
