The University Council

It is the highest academic and administrative authority in the university and is directly linked to the university president. It is managed by the Council Secretary, who prepares the agenda for the council meetings. The items on the agenda are discussed during the council meetings, and the minutes of these meetings are prepared, documented, and followed up by the Council Secretary. The Council Secretary also receives minutes from college councils , submits them to the university president for approval, informs the colleges of the approval of their council minutes for implementation, and receives minutes from all Iraqi university councils, sending the Ninawa University minutes to them. Additionally, the Council Secretary monitors the decisions made by the University Council and college councils.
