Two Professors from the University of Ninevah Participate in Delivering Lectures at the First Medical Conference for Specialized Centers in Nineveh Province

In its commitment to participating in scientific events, on the second day of the first medical conference for specialized centers in Ninevah Province, organized by the Nineveh Health Directorate / Specialized Centers Division in collaboration with the Medical Association of Nineveh Province under the slogan “We Meet through Performance… to Enhance Giving,” from August 1 to 2, 2024, three consecutive sessions were held, each distinguished by high scientific content and rich dialogues.

In the first session, Assistant Professor Dr. Abeer Mansour Abdul Rasool from the College of Pharmacy at our university, with a Ph.D. in Pharmacology, delivered an outstanding lecture reviewing the latest research and innovations in the field of pharmaceuticals. The session was chaired by the eminent professor from the College of Medicine, Dr. Nabil Najib, who managed the discussion smoothly and productively.

Meanwhile, Dr. Mohammed Luqman, a professor at the College of Medicine and a specialist in clinical embryology and assisted reproductive technologies, presented a richly informative scientific lecture on the latest developments in embryology and assisted reproductive technologies. His lecture garnered significant interest, and the second session was chaired by Dr. Yasser Talie, with participation from Dr. Sanaa, followed by a lively discussion.

The sessions concluded with extensive discussions, where attendees directed constructive questions to the lecturers, providing an opportunity to deepen understanding and exchange expertise. These discussions served as a platform for constructive interaction and broadening knowledge horizons, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between various medical and academic entities to elevate the level of healthcare in the province.
