Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and supervision of the Dean of the College of Information Technology, Professor Dr. Manar Younis Kashmoula, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Information Technology – University of Ninevah organized an educational seminar and interactive session titled “Success Stories of Women and Girls” on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

The seminar was presented by:
• Asst.Prof. Dr. Mona Salem Hussein
• Asst. Lecturer Soha Abdul-Mohsen

The event aimed to shed light on the experiences of successful women across various fields, highlighting the challenges they faced and the strategies they used to overcome obstacles in pursuit of their ambitions. It also offered inspiring examples to strengthen the role of women in society.

The seminar covered key topics such as personal and professional success factors, the significance of education and self-development, and the values that support women’s empowerment. Additionally, it featured interactive discussions with attendees on building self-confidence and overcoming societal challenges.

The seminar concluded with several recommendations, most notably:
• The importance of fostering supportive environments for women across various fields.
• Encouraging girls to venture into new areas.
• Providing training programs to empower women in achieving their professional and academic aspirations.
