“Promoting a Culture of Thinking and Strategic Planning in Higher Education Institutions”
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance the skills of its staff,
the Center for Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, organized a lecture on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, titled:
“Promoting a Culture of Thinking and Strategic Planning in Higher Education Institutions.”
The lecture was delivered by Mr. Abdul-Mawjood Abdul-Wahed Sultan, Head of the Quality Division,
who addressed the concept of a thinking culture, the fundamentals of strategic planning, how to set future goals, and determine implementation timelines in a way that supports institutional development and the achievement of organizational objectives.
The lecture witnessed active engagement from university staff, with all questions and inquiries addressed, ensuring that participants gained practical insights into setting strategic goals that contribute to the advancement of higher education institutions.
