University of Ninevah Launches the Fourth Course on Teaching Methods Toward Blended Learning for the Educational Specialization

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Professor Dr. Osama Al-, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Jaafar Ramadan Mohammed, the Continuing Education Center at the University of Ninevah inaugurated the fourth course entitled:

“Teaching Methods Toward Blended Learning for the Educational Specialization.”

The course will run for six weeks and is attended by a selected group of faculty members covered by the University Service Law in the province.

The course modules are delivered by an accredited training staff consisting of:
• Dr. Saad Mustafa Ali
• Dr. Azhar Othman Dhanoon
• Dr. Muhannad Salim Mahmoud
• Dr. Mahmoud Khalif Khudair

This course comes within the University of Ninevah’s ongoing efforts to enhance the competencies of academic staff and to qualify them in accordance with the latest internationally recognized educational and pedagogical approaches, in line with the requirements of blended learning and digital transformation in higher education.

The course covers several key themes, including:
• Introduction to education and learning
• Instructional design according to the updated curriculum
• Educational measurement and feedback
• Digital content development and support for practical application
• Facilitation strategies and modern teaching methods
• Ethics of the academic profession
• Quality assurance in higher education
• Scientific research methodology
