Under the direction of the President of the University of Ninevah, Professor Dr. Osama Ismail Al-Mashhadani, Assistant Professor Dr. Thakir Mahfouz Hamed participated in a specialized workshop entitled “Entrepreneurship and Innovation: The Gateway to the Electronic Incubator,” held on Sunday, March 29, 2026. The workshop was organized by the Technology Incubator Unit in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Mosul.
The workshop featured the presentation of scientific lectures and strategic insights addressing the concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as the role of technology incubators in supporting startups and fostering an environment of institutional creativity. The sessions also highlighted the importance of employing modern technologies to develop the business environment and explored ways to empower young talents and transform innovative ideas into viable, practical projects in alignment with the requirements of sustainable development and the labor market.
