According to the director of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/ Department of Studies, Planning and Following/Department of Human Development, and under the sponsorship of the President of University of Ninevah Prof. Dr. Osama Almashhadani, the Center of Continuing Education in our University made a lecture on Sunday 26/11/2023 to prepare the leadership abilities for women by the assistant lecturer Dr. Azhar Talal Hamid at the College of Education for Humanities at University of Mosul. The lecture dealt with how to develop the leadership abilities of women exhibited several skills that must exist for a successful leader, and defined decision-making, Last but not least we wish the women leaders in our University further success and prosperity.
