Based on the university’s strive to be open to others and achieve scientific and academic partnerships with Iraqi and international universities, the University of Ninevah represented by its president Prof. Dr. Osama Almashhadani signed a joint scientific cooperation agreement with Hawler Medical University in the presence of the members of the university council, the head of the department of Scholars and Culture Relations, the president of Hawler Medical University Dr. Nooraldeen Esmaeel and his administrative and scientific assistants on Thursday 20/9/2023.
The agreement included opening the horizons of cooperation with the corresponding medical specialties (Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy) concerning establishing joint scientific events ( conferences, symposia, workshops), the participation in scientific research in addition to exchanging the visits of the professors and students, and the scientific shared experience. Both sides agreed that this agreement would be active in a way that would be beneficial for both sides.
By way of conclusion, Almashhadani presented a bunch of flowers and the university shield to the president of Hawler Medical University whereas the latter presented the shield of the University of Hawler and the shield of scientific affairs expressing his happiness and acknowledgment of the university for its hospitality and the warm welcome wishing both universities a further success and prosperity.
