As part of strengthening scientific and academic cooperation between the University of Ninevah and the University of Mosul, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Sabah Abdul Aziz, Head of the Computer Networks and Internet Department at the College of Information Technology, University of Ninevah, participated as a member of the master’s thesis defense committee at the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Department of Computer Science, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
The master’s thesis, submitted by the student Rana Jasim Ahmed Matloob, was entitled “Developing Frameworks for the Digitization of Tangible and Intangible Cultural Heritage.”
The thesis addressed the development of frameworks for digitizing tangible and intangible cultural heritage and explored the use of digital technologies to document and preserve cultural heritage.
The study aimed to develop appropriate frameworks for the digitization of both tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
