The College of Information Technology organized an academic trip for its students to the American University in Duhok.

On Monday, April 22, 2024, the Dean’s Office of the College of Information Technology at the University of Nineveh organized an academic trip for its students to the American University in Duhok.

The college delegation included Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Osman, the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Azhar Sabah Abdulaziz, the head of the Software Department, along with several lecturers from the Software Department and fourth-year students from both the Software and Computer Networking departments.

The delegation was received by the university’s protocol officer, and the visiting delegation toured the university library, which houses halls and wings containing over 35,000 indexed books and more than 500,000 electronic sources.

The tour also included visits to the Engineering and Nursing colleges at the university, where the delegation observed the laboratories and classrooms of both colleges. At the end of the visit, the visiting delegation thanked the American University for its warm hospitality and generous reception, expressing their hope for further cooperation for the benefit of our dear students.
