As part of efforts to enhance mutual cooperation and expand the horizons of academic and scientific partnership among higher education institutions, the President of the University of Ninevah, Professor Dr. Osama Ismail Al-Mashhadani, welcomed the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Salewa, along with his accompanying delegation, to the University of Nineveh for the signing of a joint cooperation agreement between the two universities.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Vice Presidents for Administrative and Scientific Affairs, college deans, and a number of academic staff members from both universities.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening academic and scientific relations between the two institutions in a manner that contributes to the development of educational and research programs, the exchange of scientific expertise, and the organization of joint activities that support the educational process and enhance the quality of academic performance.
This agreement comes within the framework of both universities’ commitment to building effective partnerships that contribute to advancing the quality of higher education and promoting cooperation in scientific, research, and cultural fields, thereby achieving common objectives and serving the wider community.
The two parties also affirmed their commitment to implementing the provisions of the agreement in ways that positively impact students and academic staff, while reinforcing integration and cooperation among Iraqi universities.
