The College of Pharmacy at the University of Nineveh hosted a delegation from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Duhok

fostering scientific collaboration and promoting communication between higher education and research institutions. The visit, on March 3, 2024, included a delegation led by Dr. Suzan Omar Rasoul, Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Duhok University, exploring future cooperation opportunities.

Dean Maysar Mohammed Ali Al-Qotaji and faculty members warmly received the delegation. Discussions covered curriculum comparisons, development strategies, and leveraging the expertise of both faculties. Duhok University’s College of Pharmacy presented insights into the implementation of the Bologna process and outlined program specifications.

The visit encompassed a field tour to observe the College’s facilities, laboratories, and the practical use of the electron microscope (SEM). Both parties discussed collaboration in various areas, including organizing joint seminars, conducting shared research, exchanging experiences, facilitating scientific visits for students, and organizing joint scientific exhibitions.

The visit concluded with a gesture of appreciation, presenting a bouquet of flowers and a commendation certificate to our College’s administration from the visiting delegation. They expressed gratitude for the warm reception, reciprocated by our College presenting a shield to strengthen the spirit of academic collaboration between the two institutions.
